Butler Web & Design started because we were angry! We were angry with the fact that finding a reliable, honest and fair company to provide web and design services was next to impossible. We were angry with the fact that SEO companies were charging astronomical prices for little to no results. We were angry with the fact that they were trained to confuse people, making it seem like they were doing more work than they really were…

So instead of staying angry, we decided to do something about it. That’s why we are passionate about offering quality work, for ridiculously low prices; and we’re not afraid to let you know exactly what we’ll do for you in words that you can understand!

Our offices are located in Clovis, CA.  Butler Web and Design consists of teams of marketers, designers, and web-developers.  Butler started out of the need for a simple, cost-effective solution for branding, web-development and SEO.  Our goal has been, and will continue to be, to provide a simple, affordable and all-inclusive solution for any of your design or web development needs.

Most web and design companies explain the work they do in unclear terms that make it sound as if they’re doing more work than they really are.  We want to provide cut and dry solutions and explanations that anyone can understand, so that each of our clients clearly knows exactly what we’re doing for them.

One of the reasons as to why so many web development and SEO companies give lengthy, unclear explanations as to all of the work they do is because they need to try and justify their astronomical prices.  We know exactly what needs to be done to properly make your website SEO friendly, and we believe that you should know as well.  We don’t mind telling you exactly what we’ll do to make your site more SEO friendly, because we know that the reason you want to hire another company to do it for you is not because it’s so confusing, but because you don’t have the time to do it yourself.

One of the most frustrating things that many of our clients experience with their online marketing efforts is that they have to go to several different companies for several different (yet related) services; one company to design a logo and branding materials, another company to design the website, another to Search Engine Optimize their website, and another to setup their social media sites.  This consequently makes the cost of online marketing a lot higher than it should be, and the possibility for more “balls to be dropped” as well.  We believe that a business should be able to go to one company that can take care of everything for them.

Our Purpose

“We Make It Simple!”  That’s our motto.  We believe that branding and online marketing for your business should be easy.  When looking for a company to help you brand or market your business online, you’ll find that many companies give a long, confusing, and complicated explanation as to all the work they’ll do for you.  They do this for two reasons: 1) to make it seem like no one can do it except for them, and 2) to justify their outrageous cost!

Don’t be fooled.  Branding and online marketing isn’t as confusing or expensive as some companies would like you to believe it is.  Butler Web & Design is your one-stop-shop for all of your design or web development needs.

Our History (How We Started)

Our parent company is Kathy Sisk Enterprises.  KSE is an international call center consultancy and training firm.  One of KSE’s specialties is managing marketing projects.  So, what does this have to do with Butler?  Well, internet marketing is the “new big thing”; therefore we are well familiar in managing marketing campaigns, even for internet marketers.  We started out helping other internet marketers sell and promote their business.  We transitioned to bringing some of these services in-house.  At one point, we had about 7 websites for different subsidiaries of KSE; which means we had 7 internet marketing campaigns going on at the same time.  We learned a lot of stuff the hard way.  From dealing with freelance web developers to larger web development companies and SEO companies, we wasted thousands of dollars on people who promised us the world, but didn’t really deliver. 

The issues we faced were the same issues that most of our clients have already faced with their online marketing efforts:

• Lack of follow-through
• High prices for minimal work and results (you don’t find this out until the “work” is done)
• Making decisions based on confusion
• Dependability (we could hardly get  a hold of our web developers after the work started, and therefore some of our projects took a lot longer than expected.  They worked whenever they wanted to - not when I needed them)

We came to the point to where we stopped working with outside web developers altogether, and started compiling the resources we already had and started doing the work ourselves.  We compiled a list of all of the issues we faced with online marketing and web developers, and started dreaming about a company that would operate exactly opposite of what we experienced.  From that dream is where Butler was birthed.  We dreamt of a single company that could act as an online butler, taking care of all of the needs for branding and online marketing.  Instead of going to one company for graphic design, and another for web development, and another for online marketing, why not go to one company who could make great designs, translate those designs into html, and then promote and market those designs online?  We couldn’t find a good answer to the question, “why not”, so we did it.  

Our main target audience is small to medium sized businesses that want to take their branding and online marketing efforts seriously, but can’t afford to pay tens of thousands of dollars to do it.  Our goal is to be the single source that our clients can go to for all of their needs: whether it is graphic design, web development, or social media and online.

• Pirated materials
• Instructions on making, assembling or obtaining illegal goods or weapons to attack others
• Information used to break, copyright, violate the trademark of or to destroy others property or information
• Information used to illegally harm any people or animals
• Pornography, nudity, sexual products, programs or services
• Escort services are not allowed or other content deemed adult related.
• Foul language and profanity in the site content, and in the domain name are prohibited.
• All activities may be monitored, recorded and examined by any authorized person, such as law enforcement.
