Well, after a lot of preparation and hard work, it's all over now!  We had a great time at the 25th annual Central California Women's Conference yesterday.  We met a ton of great people, and now have the chance to help out several local businesswomen (and some men ;)) with their Web and Design needs.

When talking with several business owners, it was a shame how many of them have had BAD experiences with web developers - almost ALL of them (and many of them are still going through it!).  We heard a lot of the same stuff we hear all of the time:
"my web developer is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of"
"my web developer ripped me off, charging me thousands of dollars for a template website"
"my website looks horrible!"
"I stopped my website because I had such a bad experience"
"I'm afraid to start my website because every web developer I talk to sounds way too confusing to me"
...the list went on.

Though these stories were sad to hear, it was also very encouraging for us at Butler Web and Design because it reminds us of WHY we started in the first place - THERE IS A NEED FOR A GOOD, RELIABLE, SIMPLE, and AFFORDABLE WEB AND DESIGN COMPANY.
